Non-compliant applications

To be accepted by SAQA, an application must include the following:

• A printout of the application form; bearing the signature of the applicant and the date of submission.
• Proof of the payment due to SAQA. This MUST bear the on-line submission as reference.
• A readable certified copy of a valid ID document (or passport, or asylum seeker permit).
• Consent form signed by the Qualification Holder, authorising SAQA to verify authenticity of qualifications
• Qualification documents, strictly meeting the requirements stated under What must be submitted.

• SAQA will return all non-compliant applications to senders; and refund the monies paid with retention of the relevant administrative fee. Applicants will then need to re-apply and re-pay the full application fee.
