Non-compliant applications
To be accepted by SAQA, an application must include the following:
- A printout of the application form; bearing the signature of the
applicant and the date of submission.
- Proof of the payment due to SAQA. This MUST bear the on-line submission
as reference.
- A readable certified copy of a valid ID document (or passport, or asylum seeker permit).
- Consent form signed by the Qualification Holder, authorising SAQA to verify authenticity of qualifications
- Qualification documents, strictly meeting the requirements stated under What must be
submitted.
- SAQA will return all non-compliant applications to senders; and refund the monies paid with retention of the relevant
administrative fee. Applicants will then need to re-apply and re-pay the full application fee.
